I'm no longer scared to tackle the hiring monster. Now the process of hiring seems easier and less intimidating. The Simple Art of Hiring provides insight and tips I wish I'd had before I hired and fired for the first time. Just knowing the most important question to ask during an interview would have saved me months of agony with a particular employee. I also realized creating a hiring manual was easier than I thought and more useful than I imagined. It's so easy to implement, it's makes hiring almost foolproof.
