Burning Questions :: Part 2

1

This week on Danielle LaPorte’s Burning Questions series she asks the question, What is your purpose for money? “Beyond the basics of food, shelter, and health, what do you need money for?”

This question is interesting, intriguing and maybe often overlooked by some. I know my purpose for money. It is something I have thought of lots in the last year since starting a family. Bringing a new little person into the world really changed how I viewed money, work & my lifestyle.

My Purpose for Money is::

:: To have the means to take my family on amazing adventures around the world. I want my children to grow up with an understanding that there is more to this world than just their local community. Wether that adventure is going to school in Bali for a year or taking the summer off to travel across Canada I think the best education a child can get can come from seeing how unique our world is.

:: To have a beautiful home that I have created. Full of lots of things that money can’t buy like love & laughter but also full of comfort and beauty.

:: To have the freedom to try many many new things. From new businesses to new paint colors I want the money I have in my life to be flexible & allow me and my family to try as many new things as we can!

I hope you enjoyed these answers and I can’t wait to see what Danielle LaPorte comes up with next week for her Burning Questions.
