I'm no longer scared to tackle the hiring monster. Now the process of hiring seems easier and less intimidating. The Simple Art of Hiring provides insight and tips I wish I'd had before I hired and fired for the first time. Just knowing the most important question to ask during an interview would have saved me months of agony with a particular employee.
